Shipping within Germany:
Delivery within Germany is free of charge for UPS deliveries from a value of goods of € 100.00, including packaging.
Below a value of goods of € 100.00 will be charged for UPS deliveries per package € 7.00 shipping costs.
For deliveries made by cash on delivery, an additional flat rate of € 10.00 will be charged, regardless of weight.

Shipping existing customers
For existing customers, the payment and shipping conditions apply as agreed.

Special features in the area of machine tools of the company Stürmer :
For deliveries below a net goods value of 900,00€ we charge a flat shipping fee of 25,00€ ( transport packaging flat rates and or transport surcharges remain )
From a net value of 900,00€ we deliver free of charge ( transport packaging flat rates and or transport surcharges remain )
If the net order value is less than 150,00€ we charge a surcharge for small quantities of 10,00€ ( excluding spare parts ).

Due to special article characteristics (e.g. size or weight) a higher forwarding expenses amount can result after examination of your order by our coworkers. If an adjustment of the shipping costs should be necessary afterwards, we will immediately consult you about it and make changes of the shipping costs only after your confirmation.

International shipping:

For shipping abroad, higher shipping costs may apply and additional costs (e.g. customs, import sales tax) may arise in addition to transport costs. These additional foreign costs are not included in the stated shipping costs and must be paid by the customer to the responsible office itself. Any customs clearance is also the responsibility of the customer.
